Cuba in Johari

Cuba in Johari
We apply the Johari Model to Cuba, which in itself is an exercise in psychoanalysis used to understand and improve interpersonal communication and perception. This model is represented in the form of a matrix with four quadrants, and each quadrant represents a category of information about an individual or a group. However, considering the general interpretation of each of the quadrants outlined in the design, Cuba Libre, Cuba Oculta, Cuba Negada, and Cuba Desconocida, I wanted to present my interpretation of the reality in Cuba from my objective viewpoint as a Cuban:
Note: For more information on Johari, search on Google for "Johari Window."
Open Area (Cuba Libre): The mystification of "Freedom in Cuba" is summarized as the sole right of Cubans to express their freedom publicly by playing dominoes and enjoying a "Cuba Libre," with a clear signal that the development of full freedom in Cuba came to a standstill in 1959 (Areas V and IX).
Hidden Area (Cuba Oculta): Reflecting the hidden face of corruption, lies, falsehoods, mediocrity, indecency, and lack of love behind a mask with elements of Cuban surrealism and cubism, critical at the time of South African apartheid and synonymous with the 65 years of the Castro dictatorship in Cuba.
Blind Area (Cuba Negada): A reflection of an oppressive dictatorship that denies listening and refuses to see the opinions and the reality surrounding it, especially that of the Cuban people. Characterized by "Vintage Headphones" through which the dictatorship only wants to hear its own "Music."
Unknown Area (Cuba Desconocida): The blindness and deafness of the Cuban system lead to regression and hinder the development of society and the potential that the common citizen can contribute to a prosperous and free Cuba. It is a Cuba that is unknown to itself, one that only has a denied eye and weeps.
